Artist Molly Hawkins teamed up with Tonkotsu to celebrate authentic Japanese cuisine and the craft of ramen. Embracing the motto “if you don’t make your own noodles, you’re just a soup shop,” Tonkotsu now makes noodles, broths, and more from scratch across London, Birmingham, Brighton, and Bristol.

Molly’s abstract designs capture the energy of noodle-making, featuring machinery and the dynamic kitchen process throughout the restaurant. She also created branded T-shirts, extending the collaboration into wearable art. Bold and playful, her work adds joy and a distinctive artistic flair to the dining experience.
